While you stay at Irbys Country View you can either relax and enjoy the home for everything it is or come out on the farm and be a farmer with us or discover the Tasmanian Tarkine wilderness. Depending on what part of the season you are staying at Irbys Country View will depend on the activities on the farm. Farming activities change with the seasons at the Irbys Farm and we would love to share them with you. In summer we are making hay, irrigating and feeding off fodder crops. In the Autumn sowing new pasture, in winter feeding out all that hay and silage we made back in the Spring.

We have our pet sheep along with our very spoilt cows and calves that are always looking for their special treats and chooks in the back yard that you can feed and collect the eggs while you stay. All our animals are very loved and part of our family. There are also berries around the home and two small vegetable patches. Again, depending when you stay will depend on what you can pick to eat.
